Introduction
Obese people trying to lose weight, are encouraged to ditch their refined and processed food that contain simple carbohydrates ( e.g. white bread, white rice and white sugar etc.) and replace them  with complex carbohydrates foods such as potato or yam. Additionally, there are bonus for complex-carbohydrate lovers because they get to consume wide variety of nutrients such as good amount of antioxidants, vitamin A, B-Complex and C, all which form as part of synergy nutrition network in our body for disease fighting, immunity booster and improving the athletes'' sport performances. 


Next time, if you are want to plan your own complex carbohydrate diet for sport performance or purely out of health reasons...  have some baked potatoes with olive oil, cracked black pepper and parsley or simply steam the sweet potato.
